Chapter House Champions

The Historic Housing Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit founded by dedicated Delta Chi alumni to support the preservation and maintenance of the Minnesota Chapter House, and its place in the historic district at the University of Minnesota.

The Delta Chi Minnesota Chapter House is a Tudor Revival house in Minneapolis's Greek Letter Chapter House Historic District. Caring for it properly keeps a piece of Minneapolis and University of Minnesota history standing.

Phase 1

Brick-By-Brick

South, East and West sides of the Chapter House restored. Brick-By-Brick funds also paid for painting, a security fence and heating repairs.

We restored the dormer fascia and painted the whole Chapter House, thanks to donors like you.
